The cleaning of tools is essential before sharpening. The washing machine consists of a tank filled with a mixture of water and solvents whereby the tools are placed in the machine and the contents are heated to a suitable temperature to optimise dirt removal. Spray washing takes place via a pump with nozzles that spray hot water with solvent on to the parts to be cleaned.The cleaning of tools is essential before sharpening.
