Designed to weld band saw blades, Optimig is made up of an electrical preheating and tempering system for precision temperature control that will avoid hardening of the steel.Designed to weld band saw blades, Optimig is made up of an electrical preheating and tempering system for precision temperature control that will avoid hardening of the steel.To ensure even heating, the block is equipped with two clamps with closing of the jaws from above.In addition, the Optimig comes with two special crack clamps that provide for partial heating of the crack. The narrow heating width reduces the impact of the weld on the levelling of the blade. The working space is optimised by the integration of the cutting and grinding station, thus reducing blade handling. The correct alignment of the blade is ensured by the rear rules which guarantee a perfectly straight weld.
