The ANAB X5 automatic sharpening machine is designed for 1/4″, 325″, 3/8″ and 404″ Picth chainsaw chains, but also for sawchains with straight tooth or hollow face made of steel or carbide. It is equipped with a dual position sensor on the pusher that detects the tooth direction or possibly a broken tooth. The number of teeth on the chain and the number of sharpening passes are programmable. The double grinding wheel enables face and tooth sharpening and lowering of the infeeds in one clamping operation.
